Duchess Kate Released From Hospital

After four days in the hospital for severe morning sickness, Duchess Kate is released. Meanwhile, INSIDE EDITION speaks to Princess Diana's close friend about her take on Prince William and Kate.

Time to go home!

Pregnant Kate left the hospital Thursday after four days of treatment for acute morning sickness.

Carrying a bouquet of yellow roses from the hospital staff, and with Prince William by her side, Kate looked as pretty as ever, but very tired with visible bags under her eyes.

Kate held the railing as she carefully descended the hospital steps. She still managed to look chic in low heeled boots, a navy checked coat, and blue scarf.

A reporter asked, "Kate, how are you feeling?"

"Much better, thank you," replied the Duchess.

INSIDE EDITION spoke to CBS correspondent Mark Phillips outside King Edward VII Hospital who said, "She and Prince William got into the royal car and were whisked off to one of the royal palaces, Kensington Palace, where their new residence has been refurbished for them."

William was all smiles, but is said to be furious over that prank by two radio DJs who impersonated the Queen and Prince Charles.

Prince Charles showed a stiff upper lip and made light of the prank when a reporter asked, "What's your reaction to news about the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge?"

"How do you know I'm not a radio station?" said Prince Charles.

The Australian pranksters have apologized, but sounded pretty jazzed up to be at the center of an international uproar, saying on the air, "We got put through and now the entire world is talking."

Kate's pregnancy is bringing back fond memories of the time when the late Princess Diana was pregnant with William. It turns out that just like Kate, Diana suffered from terrible morning sickness.

INSIDE EDITION's Jim Moret spoke to Diana's best friend, handbag designer Lana Marks, in Beverly Hills.

"Diana had to deal with what Kate is dealing with. She said, 'Lana, I had morning sickness at that time and I felt so ill,' " said Marks.

Moret asked, "What do you think Diana would say about Kate?"

"Kate is Diana's dream as a daughter-in-law. Oh my gosh. She would love her. She would adore her," said Marks.
