NCIS' Pauley Perrette Says Ex-Husband Charged With Violating Restraining Order

NCIS co-star Pauley Perrette is living her own real-life drama involving her ex-husband who she accuses of violating a restraining order. He denies the allegations. INSIDE EDITION has the details.
NCIS co-star Pauley Perrette headed into a Los Angeles courtroom. She's testifying in an emotionally-charged case involving her ex-husband, who is accused of violating a restraining order when he showed up at a restaurant where she was eating.
Perrette plays a lab worker on the smash CBS show, which drew a massive audience of 21 million viewers Tuesday night.
She and her ex, Francis "Coyote" Shivers were married for nearly four years before breaking up.
Soon after their marriage ended in 2004, she claimed her ex was harassing her and making her life miserable. She said in a 2006 interview she felt as if she was quote "In the middle of a horror movie I didn't audition for." Incredibly, after all this time, they're still battling it out in court.
Shivers, a musician, has denied the allegations, saying he and his wife were having dinner at the restaurant by coincidence.
His new girlfriend made a cryptic comment outside court. She told INSIDE EDITION, "I can say that I believe that Ms. Pauley Perrette's words are going to be the thing to reveal her lies."
