Miguel Fan Claims Brain Damage From On-Stage Fall

At last month's Billboard Awards singer Miguel jumped from the stage and struck a fan with his leg. The fan now claims she may have brain damage as a result of the hit. INSIDE EDITION has the details.
Was a woman left brain damaged after singer Miguel crash landed on her head at the Billboard Awards?
Khyati Shah was in the Las Vegas audience when Miguel did a theatrical leap that unfortunately fell short, striking Khayti with his leg.
Now, the young fan is claiming she was injured and is considering suing the singer. It's a big change from moments after the show when she was chummy with Miguel backstage.
She said, “I adore him.”
She was asked, “And you still adore him even though you have an ice pack on your elbow?”
“Uh-Huh,” she replied.
Miguel expressed concern about his fan, “It's really hard to take my mind off of just making sure she's okay.”
But now, Khyati's lawyer is saying, his client should have been rushed to the hospital. "Some of the difficulties she's experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury," the lawyer said.
Khyati is waiting for results from a neurologist before deciding whether to file a lawsuit.
