Amanda Knox has reunited with her Italian boyfriend. A photograph was taken as Knox and Raffaele Sollecito greeted each in New York City. She closed her eyes and hugged him as he pecked her on the cheek.
The couple was convicted in 2009 of murdering Knox’s roommate.
A now famous video clip showed the two hugging and kissing hours after the murder.
Knox and Sollecito were freed in October 2011 when an appeals court overturned the conviction.
She is the author of the new bestselling memoir, Waiting to be Heard. A family spokesperson said Knox is now just friends with her former Italian boyfriend.
