Marriage Moments for the Memory Books

It was one parade for the memory books when a police office stopped the parade to propose to his girlfriend in the middle of the street. INSIDE EDITION caught up with the happy couple.
A Fourth of July parade was halted in it's tracks. A police officer emerged from his squad car, and asked his fellow cops to line up.
Officer Kevin McCann said to the crowd, "My name is officer Mccann, right there is Melissa Cooper. She's been the love of my life for the past 6 years. I have one question for you."
The officer and his comrades got down on one knee and the crowd went wild.
Kevin McCann slid the ring onto Melissa's finger and the engagement between these high school sweethearts was sealed with a kiss.
INSIDE EDITION spoke with the newly engaged couple via Skype.
"When Kevin stepped forward with the microphone, I'm like 'Oh my gosh, this is for me!' That's when it set in. I just started bawling," Melissa said.
Meanwhile, at La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, California, it's being called the best maid of honor toast ever.
Jennifer Gabrielli threw on a black hoodie over her maid of honor dress as she rapped her toast to her sister and brother-in-law.
"This looks like it's meant to be so everybody, just toast with me. Raise your glasses if you're thirsty, cause tonight we're here to party," she rhymed.
Her wicked rhymes were set to Eminem's hit, "Without Me."
The bride and groom couldn't stop smiling and the wedding guests went wild!
