Cory Monteith's Father Mourn's Loss and Final Goodbye

Cory Monteith's father mourns the loss of his son and the chance to see him one last time. INSIDE EDITION has more.
Cory Monteith's cremation earlier this week has left his father reeling.
Joe Monteith was not invited to the private viewing of his son's body. He is said to be "totally devastated" that he did not have a chance to see his son's body.
"I am going to miss Cory very, very much," Joe said in a published report. "I'm saddened at the fact that I couldn't have been there to see my son before he was cremated."
The viewing of Cory's body was organized by Cory's Glee co-star Lea Michele, and by Cory Monteith's mother, Ann McGregor. Cory has been estranged from his father since his parent's divorce, which took place when Cory was just seven years old.
Cory saw little of his father after the divorce due to his dad's military service. In 2009, Cory reached out to his dad on Facebook and reunited with him for the first time in 17 years.
