Most Recent Photo Of Casey Kasem Emerges

INSIDE EDITION has obtained what is believed to be the last known picture of frail Casey Kasem as he struggles with Parkinson's disease.
The last known photo taken of broadcast legend Casey Kasem has been released. In it he looks frail, sitting down wearing a sweatshirt. It's clear Parkinson’s disease has taken a toll on the 81-year-old star.
The photo was given to INSIDE EDITION by his daughter, Kerri. She and other family members are locked in a battle with his trophy wife, Jean, who they say, has cut them out of Casey’s life.
They contend that Casey is being held like a prisonor in his Bel-Air mansion. But is it true?
INSIDE EDITION was given exclusive access last April when Jean put it up for sale for $42 million.
Jean told INSIDE EDITION’s Jim Moret, “For the two of us, it's just a bit much.”
The house is 12,000-square-feet with eight bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and a heart-shaped pool. It sits on two-and-a-half acres of the world's most expensive real estate.
INSIDE EDITION's Jim Moret found Casey's Walk of Fame star in the house. Moret said, "He’s actually embarrassed about this. He has a star on the Walk of Fame and this is the only place in the home where there is anything that indicates Casey is who he is."
A spacious library is where Casey rehearsed his lines for his role as Shaggy on the original Scooby Doo cartoons and wrote the scripts for his American Top 40 countdown show.
Casey now spends much of his time in his own private bedroom working at this modest desk.
Moret asked, “Casey still has millions and millions of fans who would love to know how he's doing.”
Jean said, “He's doing great.”
His daughter Kerri says the family feud isn't about money, she says she just wants to hug her father one final time before he passes on.
She said, “We don't have a number to his care taker, we don't have a number to the doctors. We are not allowed in the house.”
