Cee Lo Green Faces Felony Drug Charge

Singer and The Voice judge Cee Lo Green is facing a felony drug charges. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.
The Voice judge Cee Lo Green is facing a felony drug charge of slipping Ecstasy into his girlfriend's drink.
The woman claims the incident happened more than a year ago when she and Cee Lo were eating at a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles. She claims he slipped Ecstasy into her drink and the next thing she knew, she was naked in his bed.
The 39-year-old singer will not face a sexual assault charge, because of lack of evidence, prosecutors say.
The Voice producer Mark Burnett says Cee Lo's job is not in jeopardy.
When The Talk's Julie Chen announced Cee Lo was expected to keep his job, the audience applauded and Aisha Tyler came to his defense.
Tyler said, "He has never presented himself as a role model. He has never presented a squeeky clean image. He is not holding himself up to be this model for behavior. None of those people are the Mickey Mouse Club on that show."
Green denies all the allegations, but published reports say he made some self-incriminating statements during a taped phone call with the alleged victim.
He became a sensation for his hit-song "Forget You," but he is best known for developing talent on The Voice along with Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera, and Adam Levine. Now, he faces charges that could tarnish his image.
