Convicted murderer Michael Skakel, the nephew of Ethel Kennedy, was granted bail of $1.2 million on Tuesday and released as he awaits a new murder trial.
Skakel has spent 11 years in prison for the 1975 murder of his neighbor Martha Moxley. He's been granted a new trial on the grounds that his defense was deficient.
