Miley Cyrus Advice to Justin Bieber: 'Party At Home'

Embattled Justin Bieber is getting some straight-talking advice from, of all people, Miley Cyrus.

Cyrus told Jay Leno she's proud there are no mugshots like the one of Bieber out there of her.

Cyrus said to Leno. "I would just say, 'You know, you got a lot of money! Pay people to make sure you don't get into trouble. And party at your house. Buy a house, add a club to it."

She added, "I'm not doing anything illegal. I'm doing a lot of (blank), sorry, but I'm not doing anything illegal."

Leno showed Cyrus' first-ever TV appearance. It aired on the Nashville Network back in 1995. With her was her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, and she had talent even then.
