Mallory became an overnight sensation after she was introduced during Tuesday night's live telecast of the NBA Draft Lottery. She is the daughter of Milwaukee Bucks owner Wes Edens. Her Twitter followers exploded going from a rather measly 250 to over 30,000 and counting.
Mallory's TV appearance is now being compared to other spontaneous moments at sports events that have turned unknowns into overnight sensations.
In 2013, Miss Alabama Katherine Webb was seen in the stands at the national championship college football game. Just two weeks ago, Rebecca Grant became the L.A. Clippers fan who made a big splash when she was caught-on-camera primping in the stands during the NBA playoffs.
