The Twilight Saga: Eclipse Premiere Madness

INSIDE EDITION was on the red carpet at the Los Angeles premiere of "The Twilight: Eclipse" that had fans sleeping out for four days in hopes of catching a glimpse of their favorite vampire stars.
It's Twilight madness as fans turned out to see their favorite vampires and werewolves at the LA premiere of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
Heartthrob Rob Pattinson was overwhelmed by the Twi-hards who had been camping out for four days.
Rob Pattinson said, "It's amazing I mean you kind of feel like you have to provide a lot. I don't really know what to provide. Hopefully just being around is enough."
The fans' screams were so deafening even Pattinson couldn't believe it.
"What's going on, we got a riot, it is pretty crazy," Pattinson joked.
His on screen and off screen real life love interest Kristen Stewart was glammed up in an off-white one-armed mini dress with a cutout back. She took time to sign autographs and opened up about the hardest part of fame.
"Just like relaxing, and being yourself I guess because sometimes when you're overwhelmed you betray yourself and that kills me," Stewart said.
Werewolf hunk Taylor Lautner still can't believe the Twilight series' enormous success.
"It's amazing I mean I can't even put into words, it's mind-blowing."
Stars like Dakota Fanning and Jennifer Love Hewitt were also caught up in the Twilight frenzy.
And at least one fan's dreams came true when her favorite vampire stopped by to take a photo with her, talk about tears of joy.
