Couple Wins the Baby Lottery

Ashley and Tyson Gardner tried to have a baby for years. They’re now expecting quadruplets after a very, very successful In Vitro Fertilization procedure. INSIDE EDITION speaks with the overjoyed and overwhelmed couple.
They say “A picture is worth a thousand words,” but in this couple’s case it's worth one-in-seventy million.
Mother-to-be Ashley Gardner told INSIDE EDITION, “They tell you there's a chance, but one-in-seventy million is like, you know that's not going to happen.”
Ashley and Tyson Gardner got the shock of their lives when their baby ultrasound showed that they were not only having one baby, but four! And all girls!
“When we went in, the tech came in and she got all set up. And right away you see two sacks and even me and Ashley knew, oh my gosh, is there twins? She says, 'There are four babies in there' and both of our faces dropped,” said Tyson.
After trying to have a baby for eight years the couple's dream finally came true with the help of In Vitro Fertilization. A photo of the couple holding up the ultrasound photos has gone viral.
“As hard of a trial as it is to go through something this big, it makes you stronger, and I just knew when we decided to do IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) this was it, this was the end,” said Ashley.
The couple documented every step of their journey with photos, hoping their story can inspire other couples struggling to start a family.
“If that picture gives one person hope I've done my job, you know,” concluded Ashley.
