She spends an hour transforming into Lady Gaga, putting on long eyelashes and bright red lip liner and the trademark platinum blonde wig.
Doing chores dressed like lady gaga is an unusual hobby to say the least. So why does Kuan do it?
"Everyone thinks she's a little bit out there. But I think at the end of the day, she's a normal person," Kuan told INSIDE EDITION.
