Mel Gibson Controversy Continues
As Mel Gibson's publicist denies rumors that he may flee the U.S. for Australia, some are questioning the shocking photo of Oksana Grigorieva's broken teeth. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.
A storm of controversy over the photo that shook the world. The radaronline.com image of Oksana Grigorieva showing her broken teeth was reportedly taken just hours after she says she was struck by Mel Gibson.
But now, a shocking claim, some reports are claiming the photo was doctored. A spokesman for Oksana says the photo is a "true and accurate" depiction of injuries she sustained at Gibson's hands, a chipped tooth and a missing veneer.
In the midst of the controversy, Gibson spent the weekend taking care of baby Lucia. A Gibson staffer returned the child to Oksana on Sunday.
At Oksana's house, a very special visitor came by to offer support. Actor Timothy Dalton, Oksana's ex, was spotted leaving her house after a visit. Dalton is the father of her 12-year-old son.
Oksana said of Dalton, "He's very good. We raise our son together. He's a good father and they have a good relationship."
Is all this negative attention more than Gibson can stand? London's Daily Mail reported that Gibson was planning to flee the United States and move back to Australia with his ex-wife and some of their children. But Gibson's publicist says there's no truth to that report.
