Hollywood’s biggest stars gathered for the Golden Globe Awards, and INSIDE EDITION was in the middle of all the action.
All eyes were on Mr. and Mrs. George Clooney as they made their way down the red carpet.
It was the newlyweds' first big Hollywood event together, with stunning Amal in an elegant black Dior haute couture gown and ladylike white gloves. On her clutch, a "Je Suis Charlie" button, in solidarity with the people of France.
George, wearing his wedding tux, had an "I Am Charlie" button on his lapel. It was a tribute made again, and again during the show.
The most glamorous stars in the world catch up at the Globes. Selfies are snapped and champagne is never far away.
It was Kevin Hart's first Golden Globes. He told INSIDE EDITION's Deborah Norville, "I'm a kid in the candy store. I got to dress my lady up. She looks amazing."
Good buddies David Duchovny and Amanda Peet said hello in front of our cameras.
For two days, it had been raining in Southern California. The rain ended, but that didn't mean that the red carpet wasn't a wet carpet.
Norville said to Katherine Heigl, "Everybody's dresses are just getting soggy."
Heigl replied, "I know. I'm like, did I just wet my pants and not know it, or is the carpet wet?"
House of Cards' Kate Mara's Miu Miu gown was soaked.
Channing Tatum scooped up his wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum's train to protect it.
Eleven-year-old Quvenzhane Wallis from Annie said, "It's wet. My feet and everything are getting wet. But hey, it's part of the beauty."
Dynamic comedy duo Tina Fey and Amy Poehler were back hosting for their third and final time. And they nailed it again.
They really went for it with embattled Bill Cosby. Fey impersonating Cosby, joking, "I put the pills in the people! The people did not want the pills in them."
Director Judd Apatow sounded off on Cosby when we spoke to him, saying, "It seems so impossible that it happened. But when 33 people from different walks of life say the exact same thing happened to them, it's awful to ignore them."

Steve Carrell was nominated for Best Actor for Foxcatcher.
INSIDE EDITION's Jim Moret asked, "Should anything be off limits at this party."
"No, I don't think so. They can make anything funny, so I have complete faith in those two," said Carrell.

The night's big winner, Boyhood, was filmed over 12 years. It earned Best Dramatic movie and a Best Supporting Actress award for Patricia Arquette.
Arquette told Moret, "We were making a really intimate portrait. A working class family. Kids growing up. Parents making mistakes and getting older."
Victoria Recano was in our backstage one-on-one room with one of the night's biggest winners.
Jeffrey Tambor won Best Actor in a comedy for the Amazon.com series, Transparent.
Birdman's Michael Keaton gave him a big hug after his win for Best Actor. They first got to know each other 32 years ago on Mr. Mom.
Then, Jeffrey wished Recano well, with her third baby, due any day now, joking, "Have you named it yet? What? Jeffrey? Just because of an interview?"
During Michael Keaton's acceptance speech, he gave this emotional tribute to his son.
"My best friend is kind, intelligent, funny, talented, considerate, thoughtful. Did I say kind? He also happens to be my son, Sean," said Keaton.
His son Sean is a 31-year-old singer-songwriter.
The look on Kerry Washington's face spoke for everyone when Jane The Virgin star Gina Rodriguez won Best TV Actress in a Comedy. It was the biggest upset of the night. She wrote this inspiring message on our Panasonic Golden Doodles Board: "I can and I will."

Rodrigquez said, "Yesterday this was not my reality. A year ago I was fighting for this dream. If I can do it, you can do it 10 times better."
So, why did the stars look, well, a tad sweaty? Apparently the air conditioning wasn't working well enough inside the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
The heat even resulted in a medical scare for Jane Fonda's boyfriend, 72-year-old music producer Richard Perry, who's said to have passed out.
Paramedics were called, but he recovered to see Fonda take the stage to present an award.
Comedian Margaret Cho kept popping up in character as a North Korean general, at one point demanding a selfie with Meryl Streep, only to be photobombed by Benedict Cumberbatch.
But some are accusing Cho, who is Korean, of promoting a racist stereotype. "The Asian stereotyping bit still old, even pretending to be North Korean," said one tweet.
At the Weinstein/Netflix after-party, Ricky Gervais had this to say:
"Anything you say, someone somewhere will take offense. So what? Just because you're offended doesn't mean you're right. It was funny," said Gervais.

And everyone's still talking about George Clooney's sweet words for his bride as he won a Lifetime Achievement Award. Men everywhere: take note!
Clooney said at the podium, "Amal, whatever alchemy it is that brought us together, I couldn't be more proud to be your husband."
