Oscar winner Brie Larson, who did a lot of her own stunts for "Captain Marvel," created a huge stir when she posted video last month of herself pushing the car.
She got there thanks to hard work with Walsh, who told Inside Edition that when he first met Larson she couldn’t do a pushup or a pullup.
“It was a situation where she walked in an saw someone doing a pullup and thought, 'That's cool but I will never do that,'” he said.
He showed Inside Edition how you too can get into Captain Marvel shape, but warned that it took months of training before Larson was ready to take on the Jeep.
