Conjoined Twins Were Born With Only 1 Heart

Conjoined twins in India were born attached at the heart.
Together, the girls, who are less than a week old, weigh 8 pounds, 8 ounces.
"They have the same pulse and blood pressure,” Professor Saroj Satpathy told SWNS. "Separation is almost impossible in such cases as there might be sharing of several other vital organs and survival chances become less."
Doctors aren't sure what is to come for the girls.
For now, they are being cared for at a hospital, where doctors will monitor their progress and weigh options for the twins.
Their parents, Renubala and Pradeep Behera, haven't decided on names yet.
