Cory Booker Thinks Rosario Dawson Would Be 'Incredible First Lady'

Is Cory Booker planning to put a ring on it?

Asked by TMZ whether girlfriend Rosario Dawson might have a place in the White House, the Democratic presidential candidate wasn't coy.

"The future is bright," he said, praising Dawson as one of the "most amazing" people he's ever met. "I think she would make an incredible, incredible first lady."

Booker went on to add that Dawson is politically active and passionate and would do great things in Washington, D.C.

"She's really somebody I look up to," he continued. "... She's just such a good human being. She's such a decent soul."

Though Booker and Dawson had long been rumored to be dating, Dawson first confirmed their relationship earlier this month to TMZ.

When asked if marriage was on the horizon, Dawson demurred. 

“I am just grateful to be with someone that I respect and love and admire so much who is so brilliant and kind and caring and loving,” she said.
