Florida Man Shows Police His Marijuana Plants, Gets Arrested
Arthur Carracino met officers outside of his home, wearing nothing but a blue Speedo and an unbuttoned flannel shirt.
For some reason, Arthur Carracino thought it was a good idea to show police where he grew his marijuana plant.
The 65-year-old met officers outside of his home, wearing nothing but a blue Speedo and an unbuttoned flannel shirt. Police body cameras caught the entire bizarre interaction.
"You gotta smoke a bowl with me,” Carracino can be heard saying at one point.
An officer responds, “I can't.”
Carracino replies, “Oh, I know, you're on duty.”
While recreational marijuana is illegal in Florida, medical marijuana is not.
Authorities can also be heard asking Carracino if he has a marijuana card, and he replies, "Yeah, yeah I do, I'm working on it. I have the card."
Police arrested Carracino and charged him with growing and cultivating marijuana.
Carracino was taken to Flagler County Jail and held on $1,500 bond.
