A 14-year-old girl was allegedly held captive for months and impregnated by an Ohio man who was under electronic monitoring while he faced charges in a previous abduction case, according to reports.

Cody Jackson, 20, faces a slew of charges after he allegedly contacted the teenager on Facebook while he was out on $100,000 bond and being electronically monitored for allegedly holding two girls against their will, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported.

Jackson allegedly asked the girl to meet in February and initially paid for taxi cabs that the girl took to and from his Norwood home every other day for three weeks because he was unable to leave his apartment, the FBI said.

Eventually Jackson took over the girl’s social media and email accounts, bought her a phone to use and created rules she had to follow, investigators said.

In March, Jackson wouldn’t allow the teen to leave, creating more rules for her to obey and at times becoming verbally and physically abusive, the FBI said.

Jackson allegedly had help from a friend in keeping the girl captive, as the alleged accomplice took the girl out of the apartment when police might discover her hidden there.

After one-and-a-half months of almost daily sex, she became pregnant, the FBI said.

In July, Jackson pleaded guilty to a charge of interference of custody in connection to the earlier incident. Abduction and kidnapping charges in that case were dropped and he was taken off electronic monitoring, the Enquirer wrote.

He fled the state and the teen was able to escape the apartment with the help of the building's landlord, the FBI said.

Jackson fled to Utah and threatened the girl, saying he would kill her and her family if she didn’t send him nude photos, investigators said.

He was arrested in Utah on October 8 when he tried to run away after giving a fake name to drug task force officers conducting a routine stop at a Salt Lake City bus station, the Associated Press wrote.

He faces federal charges of coercion and enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity and production of child pornography.

The first two charges carry a minimum of 10 years behind bars to life in prison.

Jackson was also charged with four counts of rape, one count of kidnapping, four counts of unlawful sexual contact with a minor and one count of interference with custody brought by the Norwood police and the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office, the Enquirer reported.

Jackson will be extradited to Ohio. Court dates have not yet been determined. Information for his attorney was unable to be found.
