Watch Scooter from the Muppets Perform Eminem's 'My Name Is'

A YouTube user has crafted a mashup of the Muppets performing Eminem's 'My Name Is.'

A YouTube user has taken his love of music and the muppets and crafted a new video of Scooter performing Eminem’s 1999 breakthrough hit, “My Name Is.”

The video was made by Adam Schleichkorn who has created some Muppet mashup classics like Beastie Boys “So What’cha Want,” ODB’s “Shimmy Shimmy Ya,” Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball.”

He told INSIDE EDITION he has been editing for 12 years and started doing the mashup videos in 2008.

He said: “For years I edited cat and dog footage to make it look like they were singing or rapping, until I realized, this might actually be easier with Muppets!”

Schleichkorn said he is a fan of 90s hip-hop and that the videos are time consuming but a labor of love.

“I have a library of songs in my head, but picking the right one is always a challenge,” he said. “I typically look for songs that were hits, but not cheesy ones.”

He added: “I then listen to the song around 500 times over the course of a week, and it's onto the visual phase.”

While this has been a fun project for the creator, he does admit that finding footage is difficult and he feels compelled to outdo himself with each video.

“Finding the footage is very tough. I used to think that any lip sync would work, but as I've made more and more of these, I'm really going out of my way to find the right clips for each scene.

“I'm terrified that people are going to get tired of these videos, so I push myself to at least attempt to make each one better than the previous,” he said.
