Oprah's claims are causing quite a stir, since most people think that bread is bad for dieters trying to lose weight.

INSIDE EDITION spoke to nutritionist Amy Shapiro, who said: "Avoid the white processed bread. That is going to be a bagel and white sliced bread."
Make sure you read the label; look for bread with words "whole grain" or "whole wheat," she said.
