Summer is just around the corner so it's time to start thinking about the perfect swimsuit.
At Bloomingdale’s in New York City, Fashion Director Erica Russo showed Inside Edition some figure-flattering styles.
“When you're curvy and you have a fuller top, find something with an underwire and adjustable straps,” she said.
If you want to conceal your tummy, she suggests high-waist bikini bottoms.
Athletic body types, which are muscular with little or no curves, "should go a little bit smaller on the bottom,” she said.
Smaller bikini bottoms will create the illusion of more curves.
She also showed a swimsuit that's perfect for the hourglass shape.
“It really accentuates her figure as opposed to hiding it,” she said. “The way that the band is situated, it's thin enough so that it draws the eye into the curve instead of covering too much of the hip area.”
Dressed in their new suits, some models for Inside Edition soaked up some sun poolside at the Gansevoort Hotel in New York City.
