Former 'Playboy' Model Sentenced to Community Service for Body-Shaming Fellow Gymgoer

She had posted a photo of a naked woman in the locker room with the caption, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either."

Former Playboy centerfold Dani Mathers has had her day in court over that now-infamous body-shaming photo she took in a gym locker room.

The 30-year-old pleaded “no contest” and was sentenced to 30 days community service and must pay the victim restitution of $60 after poking fun of a 70-year-old woman in a gym locker room on Snapchat in 2016.

“You are not to possess any device capable of recording images or videos, including a cell phone, when present in any location outside your residence where persons may be in a state of undress,” the judge told her.

She said she understood the terms and conditions of her sentence.

The scandal erupted last year when Mathers posted a photo of an unsuspecting woman naked in the locker room at a gym in Los Angeles with the words: "If I can't unsee this then you can't either."

She had previously apologized over the photo.

The 2015 "Playmate of the Year" arrived at the courthouse hand-in-hand with her lawyer and a woman believed to be her mother.

Mathers said she meant to send the picture to a friend but accidentally posted it publicly on Snapchat.
