Nicole Darrington-Clark, 43, has a history of violence toward her family members.
Police in California who were on the hunt for a grandmother who they believe stabbed her daughter and grandchildren, killing a toddler found the suspect Tuesday morning.
A screaming Nicole Darrington-Clark, 43, allegedly attacked the two girls Monday after stabbing their mother multiple times in the face at about 9 a.m., according to authorities.
According to police, she was found asleep in her car early Tuesday morning.

Neighbor Tim Hill told KCBS he'd never seen anything as horrible as the family of four all covered in blood.
After hearing a commotion, Hill said he saw the grandmother charging down his apartment complex stairs with a bloody, 10-inch carving knife in her hand.
“I just noticed her with a knife, she had blood over her blouse," Hill said. "The knife was bloody, and then her daughter was bloody, even more bloody... and that’s when I pushed her away saying, ‘You’re not coming in my apartment.'"
Hill said the girls' mother was begging for help.
"She was hysterical, saying, ‘Go get my babies. Go get my babies. She’s gonna kill my babies,'" he recalled.
Hill said Darrington-Clark fled as soon as he mentioned the police.
Security footage taken minutes after the attack appears to show Darrington-Clark escaping in her 2013 black Hyundai Sonata.
The neighbor says Darrginton-Clark is homeless and lives in the car.
Police arrived to find Darrington-Clark's 18-month-old granddaughter dead and the girl's 5-year-old sister and mother seriously wounded.
The mother and the 5-year-old were rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
Darrington-Clark reportedly has a violent criminal history. She pleaded guilty to attempted murder in a December 2005 case, in which she stabbed her son and pushed her daughter out of a moving car.

However, the grandmother was ruled insane and sent to a mental health facility before being released from state custody in 2010.
As they searched for the suspect, police warned area residents not to approach the grandmother for fear she is a danger to the public.
