Mama June Reveals 25-Pound Weight Gain: 'I Was a Little Bit Too Skinny'

Reality star Mama June Shannon has revealed that she recently gained some of her weight back since receiving gastric sleeve surgery last year.

The matriarch of TV's "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" admitted she jumped from a size four to a size 12.

“I’ve gained about 25 pounds in the last six months,” Mama June told Inside Edition Monday.

The 38-year-old, who dropped about 300 pounds as a result of the surgery, showed off her new body while posing in lingerie on Friday's season premiere of her spin-off show, "Mama June: From Not to Hot."

"I actually thought I was a little bit too skinny because I've never been that small before," she said. "I was like, 'Woah, wait a minute. I am way too skinny.'"

When she sees herself in the lingerie photos, Mama June says she has some feelings of regret.

“My picture’s everywhere and will always be on the internet forever,” she said,

Mama June’s daughter, Alana, aka Honey Boo Boo, was not too thrilled about the sexy images.

"I think it’s kind of gross," the 12-year-old told Inside Edition. "I don’t want to see my mom posing in lingerie."

The duo is currently training for a mother-daughter pageant. Mama June says her daughter is basically coaching her.

"Mama June: From Not to Hot," returns Friday, June 15 on WE tv.
