Woman Caught Lying To Judge About Driving During Virtual Court Hearing
March 26, 2026
A woman logged on to a virtual court hearing from her car while driving. After Judge Michael McNally, presiding in Woodhaven, Michigan, told her she can not be driving, the woman told the judge she was in the passenger seat. Kimberly Carroll told the judge that she would have her "driver" pull over, but the judge was not buying it. Judge McNally then asked to see the driver. Carroll looks like a deer caught in headlights.
