Over the years, Inside Edition has seen its share of unusual cosmetic procedures. In 2015, a woman named Pixee Fox wanted the tiniest waist line in the world, so she had six of her ribs surgically removed. A woman in California thought her forehead was too high, so she got a forehead reduction from a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon. And a healthcare executive was unhappy with her “bra fat,” so she had liposuction to augment that part of her body.
