Woman Arrested After 42 Years On The Lam

Debra Newton was on the lam for most of her life. Police say she left her husband in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1983, taking her 3-year-old daughter, Michelle, with her. Michelle, now 45 years old, spoke with Inside Edition. The search for little Michelle was a big story. Flyers were mailed to 53 million homes.  A tip on Crime Stoppers led police to the runaway mom after 42 years. The runaway mom is facing charges of custodial interference and is free on bail. Newton has pled not guilty.
