    Arnold Schwarzenegger Trains Son For First Bodybuilding Competition

    Arnold Schwarzenegger was in the gym with his son Joseph Baena showing the 28-year-old how to show off his physique in preparation for Baena's very first bodybuilding competition. Baena's poses mimic the same poses that his father did decades earlier. Schwarzenegger famously won five Mr. Universe titles and seven Mr. Olympia titles. Now, he hopes to lead his son to victory in Saturday's Natural Colorado State Championship.
