Stranded Drivers Use Tow Line to Escape Raging Flood Waters
More than 42 million Americans are under a flood watch thanks to the torrential rain that inundated much of the Northeast. Low lying areas were hit hard by the slow-moving summer storm. One by one, stranded drivers used a tow line to pull themselves out of raging flood waters.
