Tom Hanks and Tina Fey Lend Hands to COVID-Stricken ‘Saturday Night Live’

December 20, 2021

Where did everybody go? "Saturday Night Live” did not have a live audience for its last show of the year. Tom Hanks and Tina Fey were on hand to help out host Paul Rudd, after the show scrapped its live audience following positive COVID tests from four members of the cast. Tina Fey also filled in on Weekend Update for Colin Jost, delivering jokes to the audience of just three. Meanwhile, SNL star Pete Davidson was on a date night with new girlfriend Kim Kardashian.
