USPS Suspends Mail Delivery to California Block After Carriers Are Attacked

Weather may not stop the Postal Service, but a man with a golf club might. The residents of a Santa Monica, California, block are no longer getting mail delivery, because “Multiple carriers have been subjected to assaults and threats of assault from an individual who has not been located or apprehended,” according to the USPS. An investigation is ongoing, and The U.S. Postal Service has not provided a date when delivery will resume.
