As if COVID-related staff shortages haven't made holiday flying enough of an ordeal, now the weather is threatening to make things even worse. A huge winter storm is expected to hit the midwest; some 18 states are bracing for snow. Travel expert Pauline Frommer shared some advice for what to do if you get stranded at the airport. It starts with using your cell phone; but don’t call the number everybody’s calling.
