Woman’s Runaway French Bulldog ‘Rescued’ in Los Angeles Ends Up 3000 Miles Away

When Rachel Avery’s French bulldog Jag slipped out of his leash and took off in Los Angeles, she was distraught. But it got worse. Witnesses saw the dog get grabbed by the three strangers in an SUV. Then, Rachel got the call she was praying for: Cops said they had tracked down the guy who had her dog, and he claimed it wasn't dognapping, and that he was just trying to rescue it. He agreed to return Jag, but there was one problem — he was already back home in Philadelphia, 3,000 miles away.
