Holy guacamole!
Mexico has set the record for the world’s largest serving of guacamole. It happened in the town of Tancitaro, during their seventh annual guacamole festival.
More than 350 people smashed, cut and mixed up the ingredients. Avocados, tomatoes, onions, limes and cilantro were mixed together in order to make the delicious dip.
The whole vat weighed more than 8,300 pounds.
And all of that goodness didn’t go to waste: When the event was over, the guacamole was given out for people to enjoy.
