Police in Colorado have released the last-known footage of a missing mother who was last seen on Thanksgiving Day.
Surveillance video showed Kelsey Berreth, 29, at a Safeway supermarket not far from her home in Woodland Park on Nov. 22. Her whereabouts since the holiday are unknown.
In the video, you can see the young mother carrying her 1-year-old daughter in what appears to be a car seat as she entered the shop around noon. Berreth then places the carrier into a shopping cart before walking further into the store, the video shows.
Berreth is 5-foot-3, weighs 110 pounds, and has green eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, gray sweater, blue pants that may have been jeans, white shoes and had a brown purse.
Authorities said they are treating the investigation as a missing persons case, but urged anyone with information to come forward, a plea echoed by Berreth's distraught mother.
“Kelsey loves her god, she loves her family and friends, and she loves her job,” Cheryl Berreth said at a press conference. “She’s reliable, considerate and honest. … She doesn’t run off, and someone knows where she’s at.”
Anyone with information is asked to email kelsey@city-woodlandpark.com.
