34,000 People Dead After Turkey-Syria Earthquake

Exhausted rescuers pulled dwindling numbers of survivors from earthquake rubble in Turkey and Syria, days after one of the region's worst natural disasters. The death toll has neared 34,000 and is expected to rise even higher.

School House Older Than America 'Drives' Through Town

A school house older than the United States took a drive. The Bray School, which is believed to be the oldest surviving school building for Black children, was moved about a half-mile to its new home at Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia.
