Greyhounds Get 2nd Chance at Life Through Rescue Group

The Benjamin Mehnert Foundation, a shelter and rescue foundation in Utrera, Spain, currently shelters 600 hunting dogs, mainly greyhounds. "They will be given a name and many of these dogs have had a terrible life until this point, but their life is validated at that point with a name. They are recognized as living, sentient, creatures and sometimes that's the best that we can do for them," said Mary O'Connor, a regular volunteer. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer explains.
