Suspected Car Thief Runs Around Neighborhood Wearing Only Tablecloth

The Gwinnett County Police Department says it was responding to a complaint of a stolen car. Cops soon found the car, but the suspect was not inside. Witnesses told police he ran off, but he wasn't exactly discreet. Cops say multiple reports started coming in from residents about a man running around nearly nude, with only a table cloth covering himself. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
