Lawsuit Against McDonald's Claims McRib Doesn't Have Any Actual Rib Meat

People wait all year for the return of the McRib. Some customers say the sandwich is a lie, not containing actual pork rib meat, according to a class action lawsuit filed in Federal Court in Illinois. While McDonald's website doesn't specifically mention pork rib meat, the plaintiffs allege the name and marketing of the product misled them to believe they were getting premium cuts of pork, citing rib prices being higher than other cuts.
