A shadowy figure is being called a "person of interest" by police in connection with the brutal double murder of a dentist and his wife. A man was seen walking in an alley behind the townhouse where 37-year-old Spencer Tepe and his wife Monique were found shot to death. Authorities say the video was captured on a Nest camera in an alley in the 3-hour window when police believe the murders were committed. Forensics expert Joseph Scott Morgan analyzed the video for Inside Edition.
