    White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has been keeping a little secret: she's pregnant again. The 28-year-old got decked out in a fitted, white sweater-dress for the holidays, revealing her baby bump on Instagram. It's Leavitt's second child with her real estate developer husband, 60-year-old Nicholas Riccio. When asked about the pregnancy on Fox, Lara Trump hinted that Leavitt's maternity leave would be brief.
