Sophie Turner Blames Emilia Clarke for That Coffee Cup in 'GoT'

Sansa Stark threw Daenerys Targaryen under the bus.
Sansa Stark is not going down without a fight.
Sophie Turner stopped by "The Tonight Show" Friday and had to answer for the "Game of Thrones" gaffe seen around the world. When new husband Joe Jonas asked her if she was responsible for the infamous coffee cup that made its way into the May 5 episode, she threw Daenerys Targaryen under the bus.
"We all have the same cups for all of our water and tea and everything, so ... I mean, look who it's placed in front of," Turner said, pointing to Emilia Clarke sitting in front of the cup.
Clarke got in on the fun too. On Thursday, she shared a behind-the-scenes photo showing herself, with a coffee cup, next to co-stars Jason Momoa and Peter Dinklage. Momoa had dropped by the set to visit his old coworkers, and Clarke must have forgotten about her cup.
"Emilia Clarke, she's the culprit!" Turner said on "The Tonight Show."
