Teen Allegedly Stabs Older Brother: 'I'd Rather Be in Jail Than 8 Hours in the Car With Him'

The teen was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
A 13-year-old Tennessee boy who allegedly stabbed his older brother said he doesn't regret doing so, according to authorities.
Deputies with the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office were called to a Florida road on Saturday where they found a 15-year-old bleeding from multiple stab wounds in a car.
His brother, 13, was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, according to the sheriff's office. Deputies said the younger boy admitted to stabbing his brother, telling them, "I’d rather be in jail than eight hours in the car with him."
According to authorities, the 13-year-old said the older boy was teasing him, and when he asked him to stop, he didn't. So the younger sibling allegedly pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed him repeatedly.
