The stars turned up the heat on the Emmy red carpet Sunday while the temperatures in Los Angeles were scorching hot.

Bryan Cranston, nominated to his role as Lyndon B. Johnson in All the Way, vented to Inside Edition: “It’s so hot.”

Veep’s Tony Hale echoed the statement, saying, “it's fire in here. Fire!"  The funnyman added that he felt he was overheating.

William H. Macy, who wore a black-on-black tux, told Inside Edition his secret to keeping cool.

"Guess what I got, an icepack in my armpit," he said as he pulled it out of his jacket.

Marcia Clark took to Twitter to joke about the heat wave.
