13-Year-Old Student Takes On Teacher in Epic Talent Show Dance-Off
The teenager has since commended his teacher for his moves.
A 13-year-old student schooled his own teacher during an epic talent show dance-off.
Amir Wilson went toe-to-toe with his dance teacher, Bill Cohen, at Hyde Leadership School in the Bronx, N.Y.
The crowd screamed as the pair performed the Harlem Shake to "Love Come Down" by SnS and featuring Kid the Wiz.
Amir shared a video of the battle to Instagram and commended his teacher for his moves.
"Battled my dance teacher at my school talent show," he wrote. "He killed it. It was lit."
The dancing duo was more than happy to show their moves to the Inside Edition cameras.
"We just want to show the world that there is camaraderie between the two of us, between teacher and student," Amir said.
Cohen has been dancing for years, so "now to be getting recognition for something I've been doing for a while... it's absolutely incredible," he said.
