A pair of brand new clouded leopards are turning heads at an Ohio zoo.
The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium shared a sweet picture of the tiny 1-month-old cats.
Officials there said their mother was unable to care for them, so they are being hand-reared by their staff.
They also are named after some characters you may recognize— the female leopard is named Stassi and the male is named Beau, after characters on the Bravo series “Vanderpump Rules.”
The little leopards won’t be on display just yet, but visitors may be able to sneak a glance if they catch them out with the zoo’s animal programs team, which is raising awareness about the threatened species.
According to the Smithsonian’s National Zoo and Conservation Biology Institute, clouded leopards derived from members of the Pantherinae family first— more than 6 million years ago—making them the most ancient feline species in the world.
