Dog Kisses Maine Firefighter who Rescued Him From Roof
The cute moment was captured on camera.
A dog didn’t hesitate to show his appreciation for a firefighter who rescued him from a roof in Maine.
When the husky realized he was safe, he planted several kisses on the firefighter who'd rescued him.
Several passersby had spotted the animal on Saturday and phoned authorities in Wells for help.
“The dog was pacing back and forth on the overhang over the porch,” Captain Jeff Nawfel, of the Wells Maine Fire Department, told InsideEdition.com. “It didn’t look very distressed.”
Captain Nawfel climbed up on the roof and coaxed the dog back inside the house after opening a window screen.
“This was a first in my career,” Nawfel said.
